Detailed Schedule

This report shows Staff Planner events per week for each employee, including individual planned items for each day.

  1. Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Employee in the left-hand pane.
  3. Double-click Detailed Schedule in the left-hand pane.
  4. The Report Options screen opens in the main workspace. Select the report options you require.
  5. Click Submit.

The Detailed Schedule report is generated.

Report Options

Option Description
From/To Date These dates define the span of time that the report will cover.
Sort by Employee/Position These radio buttons enable you to generate a report broken down either by employee or by position.
Display Week Commencing/Ending These radio buttons enable you to generate a report whose columns are titled using either the "week commencing" date or the "week ending" date.
Report Filters tab

You can specify the employees you want the report to cover. By default, all employees are selected.

You can also specify the positions you want the report to cover. By default, all positions are selected.

Grouping tab

You can use employee analysis groups to filter the range of employees covered by the report.

You can also use project analysis groups to determine which projects the report will cover.

Report Columns

Column Description
Employee/Position The relevant employee or position, depending on the Sort By report option you have selected.
Week Commencing/Ending

Each Week column represents a single week in the From/To date range you have specified.

W/C = Week Commencing

W/E = Week Ending

Each cell displays the employee Staff Planner events for the relevant week.
