The Aged WIP Report produces an aged analysis of unbilled time and expenses for a span of time.
It can be printed for individual clients, a range of clients or all clients.
The Aged Work in Progress Report screen opens in the main workspace. Specify the report options you require.
The Aged WIP report includes the following information:
Column | Description |

Client | The client name. |
Project |
The project name. This is hyperlinked so that you can quickly access the relevant project's WIP tab. |
UB Time | Unbilled time, either as a value or "at cost", depending on whether the WIP at Cost report option is selected (see above). |
UB Expense Value/Cost | Unbilled expenses, either as a value or "at cost", depending on whether the WIP at Cost report option is selected (see above). |
Progress Billing | This type of billing takes into account only financial items where the tagged amount is zero. |
Untaken Profit | Amount of profit on an invoice not yet realised. |
WIP | WIP = 'Time & Carried Forwards' + 'Expense & Outlay' - 'Invoices & Fee Notes' - 'Credit Notes' - 'Write-Offs' + 'Profits' |
Aged (6 periods) | The WIP values associated with each ageing period. |
Client Total | Aged WIP sub-totals for each client. |
