Offices

You use the Offices utility to add and maintain office codes.

When you create a new project for a client, the project code automatically has the office code at its beginning if the Use Autoinc. by Office for Project Codesystem option is enabled.

(This requires the Use Autoinc. for Project Code option to also be enabled.)

Each office can also have its own series of invoice, credit note and write-off numbers.

You can't directly change a project's office. However, you can merge a project with another project assigned the relevant office.

To add or edit office codes, carry out the following steps:

  1. Open the Utilities view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click the System Setup in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Offices in the left-hand pane.
  4. In the main workspace you can now add and edit offices.
  5. Click Submit to save your changes.
