Report Manager

Sage Coretime offers a wide selection of reports. It is likely that not all of these reports will be relevant to your organisation, so you may find it useful to limit the set of reports available in the system.

The Report Manager enables you to specify which reports are available to managers and supervisors with full reporting rights.

You need to have been granted the Report Profiles permission in your User Profile.

1. Open the Utilities view in the left-hand pane.
2. Click the System Setup in the left-hand pane.
3. Click Report Manager in the left-hand pane.
4. The Report Manager opens in the main workspace displays a list of reports. Here you can select the reports that should be available to managers and supervisors with full reporting rights. By default all reports are selected. Click EDIT.
5. Select the reports you want to be available to management staff with full reporting rights.
6. Click Submit to save your changes.
