Overtime Entries Report

The Overtime Entries report provides you with a breakdown of all the overtime entries made in the system within the specified date range.

  1. In the left-hand pane, open the Reports view.
  2. In the left-hand pane, click Employee.
  3. In the left-hand pane, click the Overtime Entries icon.
  4. The Overtime Entries report setup screen opens in the main workspace. Use the From and To fields to specify the data range you require.
  5. Click Submit.

The Overtime Entries report opens.

Contents of the Report

Column Description
Employee The employee who submitted the relevant overtime entry.
Date The date on which the overtime occurred.
Overtime The amount of overtime in hours.
Client The client against whose project the overtime was recorded.
Project The project against which the overtime was recorded.
Manager The Manager project analysis group to which the project belongs.
Project Manager The Project Manager project analysis group to which the project belongs.
Project Type The Project Type project analysis group to which the project belongs.
Status The Status project analysis group to which the project belongs.
Supervisor The Supervisor project analysis group to which the project belongs.
Type The Type project analysis group to which the project belongs.
