Staff Planner Availability

This report shows Staff Planner time booked on a particular day, broken down by employee and by position.

  1. Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Employee in the left-hand pane.
  3. Double-click Staff Planner Availability in the left-hand pane.
  4. The Report Options screen opens in the main workspace. Select the report options you require.
  5. Click Submit.

The Staff Planner Availability report is generated.

Report Options

Option Description
Date

The report will cover twelve weeks or twelve months starting from this date, depending on which Show By option is selected. (See below.)

Show By Week/Month

These radio buttons enable you to break down the report by week or by month.

The report covers twelve weeks or twelve months from the Date. (See above.)

Include Active Projects Only This checkbox enables you to restrict the report contents to active projects.
Report Filters tab

You can select the employees the report should cover. By default, all employees are included.

You can also select the positions the report should cover. By default, all positions are included.

Report Columns

Column Description
Employee The name of the relevant employee.
Position The name of the position assigned to the employee.
Booked Number of hours booked for the employee in the Staff Planner in the relevant week or month.
Free Number of free hours (not booked in the Staff Planner) associated with the employee in the relevant week or month.
