Employee Annual Activities

This report shows the employee's breakdown of annual leave and activities.

  1. To open the report setup screen, open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Employee in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Employee Annual Activities in the left-hand pane.
  4. The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options (see below).
  5. Click Submit to generate the report.

Report Options

Select a Select by Year drop-down option to display all data applying to the selected year, or any yearly span that commences with the date specified in the Date field.

Select the Show by Day checkbox to round the daily data up to a day. For example, if one hour is entered for Monday, and another for Tuesday, two days will appear in the report.
