This report displays the total amount of Chargeable, Non-Chargeable and Unavailable time within the date range selected, for all employees or selected employees. It also provides a year-to-date summary for all employees.
The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options:

| Non-Chargeable | The Non-Chargeable option breaks down the Non-Chargeable values by Activity. |
| Unavailable | The Unavailable option provides a breakdown of unavailable time per employee. |
| Include Our Costs | The Include Our Costs checkbox enables you to include an estimate of the cost of non-chargeable and unavailable time. |
| Format In |
The report can be formatted in Hours, Value or Employee Cost. |
| Group by Position | Select Group by Position in the Grouping tab if you want employees to be grouped by position in the report. |
The report provides a % Productivity value for each employee:

Note: Unavailable time is not included in this calculation.
