STAGE 1: Enabling Approval

This is Stage 1 of the Approval process in Coretime.

For full details, see Time and Expense Approval.

 

To enable Project Manager Approval and Supervisor Approval, you need to enable the necessary system options.

  1. Open the Utilities view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click System Setup in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click System Options in the left-hand pane.
  4. The System Setup window opens in the main workspace. Open the Approval tab.
  5. Enable the Supervisor Approval feature by selecting Allow Supervisor Team Approval.
  6. Enable the Project Manager Approval feature by selecting Use Project Manager Sub-Approval.
  7. Click SUBMIT.

 

To apply your changes, restart the world-wide web publishing service on the web server by carrying out an iisreset.
