Fund Profitability Report

This report shows a project's total billed values, position charge and fund values. It provides an indication of the profitability of project funds.

1. Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
2. Click Project in the left-hand pane.
3. Click Fund Profitability in the left-hand pane.
4. The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the relevant report options.
5. Click Submit to generate the report.

Contents of the Report

Column	Description
Total Billed	Total amount invoiced in the relevant project.
Total Cost	Total chargeable amount in the relevant project.
Default Rates	These columns show the default charge-out rates associated with the relevant project. The names of these columns can be configured in Label Options.
Fund Valued	The current value of the fund.
Approved Until	The end date of the current period for which the fund is approved.
Approved	This column specifies whether the fund is currently approved.
