In Sage Coretime you create a client record for each of your clients. Then you set up the projects you carry out for your clients.

Each project is organised into a number of general areas, each of which has its own tab in the Project Review screen. These are:

Because all information in Sage Coretime is collated online in real time, when you record time or an expense against a project, it is reflected immediately in the project.

Opening a Project

To open a project, carry out these steps:

  1. Open the Projects view in the left-hand pane.
  2. A list of client names is displayed in the left-hand pane. Some of these clients have projects associated with them. Click a client to open the list of associated projects.
  3. Click a project to open it.
  4. The project's Project Review screen opens.

You have opened a project.
