STAGE 3: Synchronising the Laptop Before Going Offline

You can carry out these steps on a computer on which you have installed Coretime Solo.

Before you take your laptop offline from the Sage Coretime system, synchronise the computer with the system:

1. Before disconnecting from Sage Coretime, click Solo Merge.

   

2. The Sage Coretime Solo Synchronisation manager screen opens.
   • Click Synchronise. This will copy your Coretime data onto your laptop.
   • Alternatively, if the Use Multiple Employee Sage Coretime Solo system option is enabled, you can click Synchronise All Users. This will copy the Coretime data of all Coretime Solo-enabled users onto your laptop so that these users can also record time and expenses on the laptop while it is offline.

Now you can begin recording time and expense entries offline.
